Is Udyam registration really free?
Yes — the government charges no fee for Udyam, and FilingSetu waives its professional fee too. A CA still checks your classification and files it correctly.
Do I need an IEC for services exports?
Goods trade always needs an IEC. For services, it's required when you claim benefits under foreign trade policy or receive certain foreign payments — we confirm your case before filing.
How long does a trademark take?
We file in 2–3 days and you can use the ™ symbol immediately. Full registration (®) takes months through examination and publication — we track and respond to objections throughout.
Which FSSAI licence do I need?
It depends on turnover and scale: basic registration for small operators, state licence for mid-size, central licence for large or multi-state businesses. We assess and file the right one.
