Overview

What is AOC-4 filing?

AOC-4 is the e-form through which every company files its audited financial statements — balance sheet, profit & loss, cash flow statement and the auditor's report — with the Registrar of Companies each year.

It's filed within 30 days of the company's AGM (or, for an OPC, within 180 days of the financial year end), and is one half of the two-part annual filing alongside the annual return.
